Welcome to our new Gwinnett County Georgia Real Estate website.

We have been providing full service and flat fee MLS listing service, buyer brokerage for homes, land, farm and commercial real estate in Gwinnett for over 10 years.

My husband, Jim, and I were both originally licensed in the mid 1980′s and have seen a complete change in the Real Estate Industry over the years.

A large part of the change for us is establishing our own company on January 1, 2000, Dream Street Properties, LLC.

Real Estate advertising has changed from predominately print to almost all internet advertising. Some large companies use TV ads, but they usually try to dive people to their website. Remax has been running national TV ads telling consumers that they can search ALL homes for sale on their site. That is true. You can get a basic $299 Flat Fee MLS Listing from Dream Street and your home will be on the their site as well as all Real Estate companies, large and small. Whay pay more to get hour home listed on the same internet?

We have seen they way that people are represented by Real Estate Brokers change as well. When we started in the 1980′s, the agent showing another brokers listings was actually a sub agent for the listing broker causing confusing and some very large lawsuits. Now the buyer has the same opportunity to represented by a Real Estate Broker. This is called “Buyer Brokerage”.

I was was one of the first Brokers in Atlanta to become Buyer Broker Certified in 1987.

The internet has been one of the biggest changes that we have seen and Dream Street continues to stay ahead of the rapidly changing platform for the Real Estate business.
