She is a graduate of the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing and enjoyed a long career as a RN, CRNI. Judy has a natural desire to care for people that attracted her to nursing. This allowed her to carry that over to real estate to take the approach of caring for peoples real estate needs. |
James D. (Jim) Crawford e-Pro Associate Broker, Co Owner License#: 138630, Licensed in 1986 Jim is a native of Atlanta Georgia and a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in marketing. His real estate career has been with some top organizations including RE/MAX where he excelled achieving the Presidents and 100% Club.

James and Judy Crawford of Gwinnett County Georgia embarked on a dream on New Year’s Day, 2000 and established Dream Street Properties LLC after being successful working in larger real estate organizations.

Mr. Crawford was drafted into the US Army as a Private, attaining the rank of Second Lieutenant in less than a year and then graduated with honors from Army Helicopter Flight School. His experience included Company Command and General’s Staff Experience in Vietnam. After six years in the U.S. Army, Mr. Crawford completed a BS in marketing from Auburn University.
Mrs. Crawford is a graduate of Georgia Baptist School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse, CRNI, for over 20 years. She was a natural for Real Estate because she could continue to care for people and work with her husband growing their business. She had also honed her managerial skills setting up and running hospital IV teams. Judy has become one of the top Real Estate negotiators in her market. This unique combination of experience and skills has allowed the Crawford’s to stay on the cutting edge of the change to most of Real Estate marketing being web based and are among the best at taking advantage of rapidly evolving technology.
